See pic; https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&source=images&cd=&ved=0ahUKEwjEtJ-tgeXOAhUJvxQKHbToBgIQjB0IBg&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.justfruitsandexotics.com%2FJFE%2Fproduct%2Fsmith-fig%2F&psig=AFQjCNHJYue8T_lfPDPAHVfr_HdNjP7-tQ&ust=1472504608139282&rct=j

Good guess Haroon

Standing on the shoulders of giants, without this forum I'd know jack about figs, could be something else entirely, guess we won't know unless Sparky can get a plant going and protect it so it might have a chance to fruit,we might know for sure in...a few years?

Smith

It reminds me of Brunswick but those hook-shaped basal lobes don't match anything I can find.

Thank Haslamhulme, Dave, Mario an Arachyd,
I`m going to call it a Smith until i get some fruit .... then i`ll ask for your help again.

i have been advised to call it unknown until i am sure ... so it is an " unk...maybe smith " for now

Was the tree a gift, grown from seed, an unlabeled purchase or a neighborhood find? What can you tell us about it?
