there has been few figs that has color of candy apple red. one of the member had a pix of Kadota that has candy apple red color. another had a fig from israel that had the color. 

does anyone have one produce reliable candy apple red color?

for me, it's one of those things.. something that will catch the eyes. i used to laugh at funny looking trees that will not provide great tasting figs.. but lately, i like funny/good looking trees. must be getting soft in the head.
