I can't remember if I saw this, or someone else found it, but it is a good list of what USDA / UC Davis thinks are caprifigs. List
How about UCR 228 (Enderub) and UCD 271 (Saleeb), Jon? Scott
271-1 is supposedly an edible caprifig, but the descriptors list pulp as dry.228-20 also show dry, hollow, so doesn't sound promising.
