Very mild flavor (really no distinct flavors), not at all sweet, slightly watery. In all fairness to the fig, there was a Houston downpour the morning before picking which may have diluted the flavors. I'll have to wait to taste more of these figs, but maybe this isn't a fig for rainy environments.
