This was part of my breakfast this morning. On the left is Improved Celeste and on the right is Celeste. The Improved has a very tender skin as you can see in the photo. It came off easily just from picking it. It's quite larger but the taste is about the same but maybe the Improved taste may not be as intense. Of course with only one Improved Celeste to sample its kind of hard to make a good comparison. They were both very good and made me crave for more.

Gene those both look great and glad you are getting to enjoy. My supposed IC came from AE and has not shown me anything other than fruit drop so far. It is loaded so hopefully it will hang on to the majority

Sal, mine came from James Robin and just might be the one LSU calls O'Rouke (Improved Celeste). I also have another which was started from cuttings from LSU and is supposedly the real O'Rouke. I will grow them side by side and see what I have.
