Conadria

Just got a new phone which I sync with photobucket and it uploads from phone, pretty cool as I'm not computer savvy but this was easy.

I have a few Conadria starting to swell and ripen and I can tell you this is a good tasting fig. the skin cracks when getting ripe but does not split and has a tight eye until it starts to ripen then the eye opens a bit but is sealed by honey In my humid and rainy environment this fig has does well so far
Weight 72 grams
This could have stayed a day or two but wanted to take a picture and share.

That's a big fig!
Nice photos Sal. Thanks for sharing.

To me it looks a lot more like Deanna, Tena or 278-128. Conadria should be a lot more red, in my book.

Jon I'm still scratching my head on this one as last year they were dead red purple pulp here is a pic from last season. These were taken Dec 2009, yes they were dead ripe as I was away for a week wrinkled on outside but the taste was amazing last season.  Maybe I'm picking way to early but will find out as I will be away again and have a few already swelled up that I won't touch for 10 days
