cutting problem

Hello,

I am trying to root a RdB cutting.  I put it in coir and it very quickly started to bud.  The little sprouts are about an inch long.  I've got a plastic bag over it for humidity.  Now the leaves are starting to turn brown at the tips and one has fallen off.  Could it be the humidity is too high?

humidity is too high remove the bag to let some air in then cut a hole in the bag I never fully close the top on the totes that I do cuttings in , 90% of my cuttings I get leaves showing before roots
