Cuttings

Ok, so I'm told this is the place to learn about all things figs. After looking over the forum I think I was pointed in the right direction. I have two potted Brown Turkeys that I bought last fall mail order. Over wintered them in my garage and put them in my windowsill in February and they are doing just great. I am looking at trying some different varieties and was wondering if anyone might have some cuttings they wouldn't mind sharing. I've read up on how to root them and it seems to be within my capabilities.

Thanks, Jason

Welcome, Jason.  I can't help you at this time, but I hope you're able to explore the great varieties out there.  See you around!

Hello Jason, welcome to the forum. I see you are in NY. If you wouldn't mind, go up to the control panel and add that along with your zone and I am sure
someone in your area will be helpful in providing some cuttings. Its getting real late in the cutting season.

Thanks, my zone 5B added along with my location. I know it's a little late for cuttings. It was worth a shot. I'd like to have at least a few to overwinter in my greenhouse this year to give me something to do. Any help to get me started would be much appreciated and of course would be passed on to others in the future once I get going.

I don't know if you are interested in Ebay but here is a link to some cuttings.
