Cuttings From Arizona

It appears that I will be pruning and...if all goes according to plan...shipping cuttings tomorrow.

If you are one of those that I contacted  who responded with your address, you should have them before the weekend.  Depending on what you asked for and how much I have available, there should be a minimum of two cuttings from each tree.   I wish I could send you all tip cuttings, but there are just too many of you.   The bottom of the cutting will be cut flat, and the top will be cut on an angle...something like 45 degrees.

I have received much from people on this forum, both information and also  cuttings and plants.  It is a pleasure to be able to give something back.

May the universe continue to conspire to provide you with plentiful crops for many years, until that hedge is totally filled.

Trees pruned this morning and cuttings were mailed early this afternoon.   Trees are not fully dormant, but another freeze is predicted for our area this weekend, so I figured now is the time.

Those of you receiving Nick's Havasu Unknowns, please let me know how they do for you and what you think of them this spring/summer.   So far they are my favorites.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Dave,

I'm looking forward to trying out Nick's Havasu Unknown.  Thanks for sending the cuttings.  I will definitely be reimbursing you for your shipping costs.  Hopefully everyone else who receives cuttings from you will also.  It's the least that we can do after you've generously sent us cuttings.

Thanks, Joe.  Shipping the cuttings was actually cheaper than I thought it would be.  But with 25 of you....it does add up.

(Thanks to Bullet for his advice on that).
