Cuttings leafed but no roots

I rooted about a dozen cuttings just after Thanksgiving and they all leafed out great but I never saw roots. Well, not they seem to be wilting and the ends of some are turning brown. Is there anything I can do to encourage root growth or somehow save these cuttings?

That's a sign of too much moisture. Hopefully they did not start to rot. After all this time, I'm not sure about your options.
This is what I would do at this point. Go to Walmart and get some SIPs similar to this one.

Remove cuttings along with the medium in which they are inserted and plant them in these new pots add some moisture control potting mix, and add water only from below going forward. You might be able to save some.
These SIPs come in different sizes, get the ones that sell around $4.

Sometimes I might plant many cuttings in one pot so I get the larger one.

Thanks for the quick reply. Right now they are under led grow lights in my boiler room which is probably around 75 degrees. Would you move them to a South facing window that gets natural daylight?

I root all my indoor figs in natural light near a sunny window. Don't have room for any artificial light.
This year my success ratio of 10 to 1. Controlling moisture is key.
