Cuttings on eBay.

For those who might be interested in taking a look. I'm offering a couple of the more common varieties of fig tree cuttings on eBay.

I have a bunch of those being offered so they will likely be available for awhile ;) .

Thanks for looking.

Bill, do you still have any of the Unk. Pastilliere ?
Do your plants drop the figs (ie need caprification)?

That's a great offer!  Too bad you don't ship to Canada.

Greenfig; why the unk. in front of Pastilliere?

The fig was originally obtained by Jon and thought to be a Pastilliere.. but it was decided that it wasn't the real thing. Hence the Unk.

I have unk Pastilliere. The year before it had nice figs. Last year however it dropped almost all of it's figs. This year is it's last chance. No reason to keep a fig that won't reliably produce.

If you live where the wasp is reliably present, you'll probably have a  better chance with it. It's a nice fig - dark and flavorful. Starts easy from cuttings.

Thanks for that Gina!  No fig wasps in Canada..LOL
I understand pastiliere will produce a good breba crop even up here in the north.  Last summer I was given a little pastilliere air layer but it accidently got left out in a hot car and got fried.  So I need to get a replacement.
Sounds like the Unk.  Pastilliere is also a nice fig.

Sorry, but I'm all out of that Unk. Pastillere. Won't have it anymore either. I watched fruit drop for three seasons so I figured it was time to let it go.

Jon's pictures sure do make it look like a beautiful fig though - for those who have the fig wasp.......

Or step up your game and get a few caprifigs with mid season fruit on them.  Keep them above 40 in the winter.  :)

Would be a fun project Robert. I've considered it but I wouldn't even think about until I had a greenhouse going. I keep promising myself that I'm going to build one "this year for sure" but it always seems to get set aside for some other priorities.

Any information about eBay seller pupuk_pupuk (30Yellow star icon for feedback score in between 1 to 49)

Gordenia.

I, personally, don't know who that seller is. But I also wouldn't purchase from someone outside the US.
