Cuttings wanted

Hello, I just found this forum, and being a fig freak, am excited!

I live in the Pacific Northwest. I do a lot of gardening outdoors, but I've perfected the art of indoor container gardening. I even successfully grew and harvested a banana tree and coffee plant up here!

I have never grown figs but very much want to do so this year.

I'm looking for any fig cuttings. I'm willing to pay s&h, and a Little more, however with three boys going to University starting this fall I'm on an extremely tight budget! (They have wonderful green thumbs, and will be growing a few pots of their own fruits and veggies themselves, which will definitely help the food bill!)

Any figs are welcome, we don't discriminate ;)

Thanks!

Since you live in WA, USA, it is PNW area, I live in Vancouver BC with same weak sun as well, many fig trees will fail with no figs or unsweetened figs and waste your time.

In PNW area, "Desert king" is very reliable and easy to grow here, you may contact "Shirley?" She is in your area and she has this wonderful fig tree and do not mind to share its cutting.

you may buy it from "GregMartin" link, It is great price.
beside "Desert king", you may buy"Osborne Prolific""Vern's Brown Turkey", I bought them locally this spring.

I heard that "Grannthams royal" and "Florea" grow well in our area but not able to find them in Canada.

Check out eBay!
