I got couple dark Portuguese cutting on eBay and I rooted both cuttings and it seems like they are different. Can anyone tell which one is more like dark portuguese. One of it has very reddish tint on new leaves and another is only green new growth.

The red colour on the new leaf veins is interesting. 
I find sometimes the same fig variety will have the red veins on new leaves under some conditions.  In my case if I plant it in clay soil then the new leaves once they get going (after 6-8 leaves) will have red veins on the new emerging leaves.  When I grow the same fig in containers it never shows the red veins also when I plant in sandy loam soil it doesn't produce red veins on new leaves.

Sorry didn't mean to confuse your question but sometimes it seems the same fig variety may or may not produce the red veins depending on the growing conditions.

Are both trees in the same soil mix?
 

Key consideration is where your cuttings came from -- reliable source or less. There are many so called Dark
Portuguese varieties. I have 3 Dark Portuguese. I only can say with confidence only one is similar to "Trees
Of Joy" description. The one from TOJ is excellent - reliability, taste & productive. The other 2 would go to a
new home.

Congrats. My Dark Portuguese tree  came from Jon. So, you have the gem.

At this point it's hard to tell if they're really different. 
Dark portuguese is an unknown fig I collected from an old friend who just passed away, had collected this fig at least 40 years ago from another portuguese who got it from somewhere in a mountainous region in Portugal. 
I don't cover it in winter, but last winter was so bad it died to the ground and sprouted back and has tons of figs on it and it's already 6 ft. tall. One of my favorite figs.

You can't judge a fig tree by juvenile leaves.  They have many varied, bizarre shapes and the FMV adds malformed lobes to that.  You'll have to wait, probably until the middle of next summer, to see if they're the same or not.
