de la Plata and CdD Brune (Brown)?

Hello everyone! If you have firsthand experience with these 2 varieties, please share. Thanks!

Ryan,

De La Plata (Compenera) and De La Plata (Sant Joan) are Pons fig.
I never heard of CDD Brown. It could be under another (CDD) name from Pons collection which I haven't taken the time to translate. Or it can be from another European or Spanish collector that I am not aware of.

I got the DLP (Compenera) from a private collector last year as a cutting. I just hope it isn't one of this winters casualties.

Below are the pictures of the two. You just need to try and figure out which one you are trying to find out about.

CddB comes out of france as I know it, don't know much about it, saw some pictures, looks smaller and I have been told it's possible to be similar to gris.

My Col de Dame Blanc(White) had Brown spots on them last summer.

De la Plata is shown on page 136 in Pons' book and here is some of the description of it translated from Spanish: main crop only, green/blushed, brownish red pulp, sweet & flavorful

Col de Dame Brun is shown at http://figblog.binhoster.com/col-de-dame/ and it appears it is a synonym for Col de Dame Gris (but I'm not sure of that)

Thank you for all the input!
