I had my first de la Roca fig today and man was it good! We've been averaging an inch, give or take, of rain almost everyday for the last 2 weeks and it didn't affect this variety at all. No splitting and best of all, the taste was concentrated, sweet, nicely flowery, slightly berryish with a nice seed crunch!
