Disappointed eBay Buyer

the society has gone down the drain long time ago. the idea of working for what you want is just in fairly tales now. because that buyer paid for the plant, s/he thinks s/he desire the very best along with instant fig tree with bells and whistles.

main reason why i don't sell things.

when i first join the forum, i was told that i should be happy with any cuttings i get. at the time, i didn't get it. now I do. it's not the money. it's chance to experience miracle.

Kathleen's Black is not CdDB or Niagra Black. the buyer need to work to get the result they are looking for.

Do not sweat it, you described it fairly and the man is annoyed at himeslf for paying high prices, and taking it out on you. Been there myself.

I've done a lot of online sales with a fair amount on eBay but mostly chestnuts through my web site.  Fortunately, all of my eBay buyers have been happy.  Every once in a while I get some negative feedback on my web site and I try to be gracious about it, though it can be challenging when some comments come out very silly (one buyer once complained that there were water spots on the chestnuts, LOL).  It seems when you handle things in a courteous manner such as you did, things usually work out well.

The only thing I would suggest differently is that you explain which plant in the auction photos is the one being sold. I think it is pretty obvious which one is a plant in a gallon pot but the larger plant with fruit might be what a buyer remembers when placing their bids.

Good Stuff Harvey, Now that I look at the Listing again, I didn't see the ruler...it was in the shade........   So maybe the customer saw it differently.

Looking for dark sweet types from Azores and southern Spain (figs, not women), 2014 goal is to acquire Kathleen Black

Just read your signature. So if the dark types are figs, not women, does that imply that Kathleen Black is a woman?:)

No, I was getting emails from lonely women wanting a man who knew how to grow food I guess! So had put that in the signature to make them think!
