I received about 8 cuttings last year from a really nice man in Texas and this is what he wrote about two of them....
Texas Everbearing came from the president of Bexar County Master Gardeners and Lemon fig from retired Dr. Stewart at the Texas A&M Research and Extension Center in Uvalde.
Both of these particular figs have survived and are very beautiful- looking forward to the future tasting. He also sent what he called Israeli - the leaves are very small, beautiful and very interesting- kinda' look like a 3-leaf clover but only about 2 inches across.
Are any of you familiar with either of these figs,programs or people? Just interested in some history if anyone has any.....
