Last year i dried a ton of conadria and kadota figs... stored them in gallon jars and loved them through the winter... candy! I made a smoothie with dried figs and pumpkin spice and banana and almond milk. omg..it was like pumpkin pie liquid. something about the dried fig really made it special.           try it sometime.

Hi there Rcantor....I am from Northern California in a medium sized town called Redding. Its hot right now... 112F yesterday. How about you? I got these figs from a neighbor Maywood farms....and i grew some from cuttings with his permission. .. Maywood is famous for their large organic plantation of over 600 acres of figs. Have you heard of them?
