Second year fruits. Really interesting flavor; kinda zucchini-like with spices and honey. I’m sure the vegetable flavor had everything to do with the fact that it’s been really cloudy and the tree is still super young. Either way, it was a really interesting fig.

Really happy to taste these again. Are these brebas? Good question. No idea. I guess maybe.

Slightly underripe but still pretty good. Kinda like brown sugar. Not super complex, though. When the rain dies down in the next few weeks, I'll probably be able to let these ripen a bit longer.
