Ebay seller ID

Bought with no problems back in August.

Can't tell you anything about the variety yet but it is a very easy rooter.

What do you mean by legit? eBay has its own registration rules, and since a vendor is allowed to sell he is legitimately registered. Our forum does not legitimize anybody on eBay but just can have an opinion about a certain vendor's reputation.

I have purchased 1 cutting last spring but received 2 cuttings that were dipped in some rooting powder. Both cuttings have rooted well.

Boris,

I don't think mommagoose was asking if the seller was legit. I believe the question was about the cuttings. We all know that there are sellers claiming to sell on thing but actually selling something else. I, for one, got burned last Winter on cuttings for "Black Celeste" which turned out to be something else. The seller was Nature-Park. He is now selling them as "Dark Celeste". Leaf shape and fruit characteristics seem more consitent with Hardy Chicago.

Dominick,

I just ordered 6 of those cuttings. What are you calling yours? Thanks

Probably Unk Brooklyn Purple for now. I got some more from another vendor from CT. ( the Mets ae Great). So those will be Unk CT Purple. I want to wait and see the grow habit/ fruit before possibly giving it another name. May be something I have already.

I started one Sept 1st outside and its inside under grow lights in 1 gallon. It's got a great amount of  roots. In another week I'm going to let it get dormant to save energy for spring. Has interesting leaves ( Round and serated) but I'll wait a while to see dominant leaves.
