Anyone able to get an e-mail to UC Davis? I have tried to e-mail a question to them but I get an unable to deliver message back. A friend told me you could send a 9.95 stamp with your order and this would take care of shipping the order. I wanted to see if this could still be done.

The old UC Davis emails are all obsolete. Everyone has a new ars.usda address.

Info and e-mail addresses at http://www.ars.usda.gov/Services/Services.htm?modecode=53-06-20-00

I sent an order form to Bernard.Prins@ARS.USDA.GOV on 23 September 2009 and received a confirmation email from Michelle.Robards@ARS.USDA.GOV on 24 September 2009. It reads:
We received your order below, Order #2010----. All winter orders for dormant cuttings will be shipped in February/March 2010. Thank you for providing your shipping account number, we appreciate any effort to help offset our shipping costs.

I finally got an e-mail to go, at least I did not get a reply that said, not deliverable. I did not send an order I want a question answered. I called Fedx and they say shipping was 70 bucks. I was told about the post office route and wanted to contact them about this.

UPS ground is far cheaper than FedEx overnight, and shouldn't be an issue unless freezing is an issue.
