If you have Jon's Encanto Brown Turkey, please tell me how it preformed in your area?  Do you have it in container or in the ground?  I got a few of these trees from Bass (THANK YOU BASS, THEY ARRIVED IN GREAT SHAPE!). 

What I am finding out is there are so many unknown varieties out there, like my "Green Turkey Fig", that produces some of the sweetest figs known to man.  I have been picking some of Martin's Unknown figs this year and those figs are great!  I won't plant mine in the ground until there are 2 years old but today I need to plan for the future.  I am interested in the texture, size, richness and sweetness of this fig.  Cheers, Dennis
