Anyone here have this fig? I saw it today for the first time. Its in a 3 gallon pot. Before I purchase, I'm wondering whether its worth having or whether its a common fig that goes by another name. I'm not a collector in the true sense. I dont have room to play around. I want good figs. Does this one have any trade value? This little guy looks kinda dwarfed and is covered with little red figs. It has overwintered in zone 7a. Thanks

Just my opinion, based on growing 6 Little Miss Figgys by side with 100 Violet De Bordeaux. They have same leaves and color/tasting fruit as VDB. If you don't have VDB, I would get one. Mine are very healthy and productive.

Thanks Figgysid1. If the flavor is as good, I may add one to my small collection. The size is perfect for containers which means I do not have to find another space in the yard. It was grown outside over winter and is already covered with full sized figs. That would make it much earlier than anything I've seen in my area. 7a
