Fauzi’s figs

Please message me privately

Hi, I'm new here any help/info would be appreciated.

I traded with Fauzi last year. All grew well but no figs ripened in time. I was wondering if anyone has grown any of these and if you tasted any figs. None of these pictures are mine.

These all seem to be varieties that are mostly not in the USA, so does that mean you are overseas somewhere? Oh, and by the way, WELCOME.

Very nice.
Welcome

Welcome to F4F. Nice collection.

Give your tree at least 4 years. They have tendency to ripen earlier as they mature. If not the
option is to have a green house.

Here's my Purple Jordan. I put this one in the greenhouse. I'd like to get a ripe fig this year.

The Bourjassotte Noire and Violet Sollies may be related as my Sollies and your Noire look exactly alike.
I do not do pm's or emails .

Welcome. Where are you?

Hi Diesler ,

Thank you for sharing your Barjasotte Noire information.
I also have the Bourjasotte noire from baud which is  having different  leaf shape  and fruit character.
Perhaps,  its caused by the difference of  climate  , Both varieties of figs are good if we plant them in ground . ( They are less productive if we grow them in pot ).

Thank You and Salam
Zaitun

Zaitun mine is in post as climate is not favorable and covering all the figs would be
difficult .
