I remember hearing and seeing great results using this soil, but I can't seem to find it for cheap anymore. Four years ago I purchased a bag and it was cheap, now shipping shoots the price up to around $60-$200. Is there a reason for the dramatic increase in price? 

I can't find a single place online to order from. Do people still use it? 

i think good number of members still use them. i can't find it locally and shipping is way above what i'm willing to pay for, along with the price of the UPM. we do have a local organic gardening store here and i didn't see it there either. i might ask them if they can order for me, if price is reasonable.

Anyone in or near Detroit that is interested my uncle has it is. Those are mine and are in 3cu. ft..
I picked up 35 bags total. Two trips.

I paid cost but my uncle has only the 3cu. ft. bags and I think very reasonable. I think somewhere around $15 or $16.

Pete, I know where we can get it for 9 bucks per 2cu ft. This place is only 25 miles from me. I plan on coming to Chapel Hill in a few weeks. Give me enough notice and I can bring you a few bags. I usually get 6 or 8 bags when I get my stock.
