taste is medium, it isn't my favorite fig, but it is very interesting.
I hope to hybridize it with a Ficus carica
here is the Blastophaga psenens, perhaps it's a fig Smyrne type

I thought Ficus Palmata is the wild Himalayan fig.

If so it has many medical uses.  This article shows it as a dark fig when ripe?

I really like the shape of the leaf.
