i was at Barnes and Nobel today. I picked up three cookbooks and somehow opened them to pages that had figs as part of the recipe. One of them was fig and ginger cookies.
A friend of mine found a fig and cocoa spread called "ficoco" in Denver. I tried it today. It's good, but the fig and ginger jam sounds a lot better.
