I found this in a store in Canada today while on vacation... it was absolutely delicious, thought I would share...

Interesting Nick.  If anyone in the NY area is looking for something like this, I found a different brand of Fig Balsamic Vinegar at the gift shop of the New York Botanical Gardens.

So is the vinegar made from figs instead of apples or whatever or are figs just added to it for flavor.  Either way if I seen some I would have to buy it just to try.  My wife and I love to try different Balsamic's.

Not really sure, but it gave it a mild fruity taste that was very nice with the bitter balsamic flavor.

The kind I got at NY Botanical Gardens had figs added for flavor.  I don't have the bottle (gave it to my dad for his birthday last year), and don't remember the brand.  It was good though.
