I was lucky enough to be at "Rising Tide" in Portland Maine for a brewery tour yesterday...the day they released their limited release fig beer...best beer that they had! And I'm not just saying that because I'm one of us...really good!Only 360 bottles made. I should have bought more. Wow, I'd have never thought about fig beer....lol. Glad you were there to get some of it. =)
They were selling very fast when we were there...maybe more micro-breweries should be playing with figs. Would go nicely with fig pizzas :)
