Fig book - Variedades de Higuera

I came across a book that appears to thoroughly describe figs in Spain.   The book is comprehensive, based on the table of contents.  It includes:  botanical descriptions, names of figs in other countries, species and varieties, propagation, identification, about 100 pages devoted to varietal description, etc.

A place selling the book is here http://www.agricolajerez.com/variedades-higuera-descripcion-registro-variedades

You can also download a PDF file of the first 43 pages of the book here

Does anyone have this book?   Any opinions about it?

Thanks,
Ingevald

Ingevald, great find. From the preview, it looks like there is a ton of information. The list of germ plasm repositories alone is worth the cost. How did you stumble on this? Thanks for pointing it out to the forum!

DWD -  Thanks for your reply.   I sent you an email with more details.     I found my way to this document by searching for an unusual common type fig that produces three crops if the conditions are ideal.   I don't have that name handy at my location, but that was the link to finding this book.      I also agree that the list of germplasm repositories found in the limited PDF file was quite valuable.

Thanks,
Ingevald

Neat book. Wish I was a polyglot, but picking through the forty-one page teaser provided some valuable information. I wish they had an English edition.
