Fig Collection 2016

Hi Everyone,
I thought I would share my fig collection and show some of the cuttings I rooted over the winter. Big thanks to everyone who helped fulfill my wish list last winter.   Hope everyone's having a productive year! ~ Becky

They look spectacular, congratulations!

Congratulations!
Your figs are growing so nicely!
What's your secret to keeping them green and growing in this hot year?

Becky, good job!! Your fig trees look happy! I also see you upcycle...using those plastic gallon water bottles is a great way to repurpose! Nice!!!

Becky, Looks Great!!! Everything is so nice and green.

Pino,
I use Neptune's harvest fish and seaweed emulsion weekly, they love the stuff.  I also added some compost, bat guano and rock dust in the soil when I up potted this summer. Mostly I water once a day, every day- its been so hot they just use so much water:). I also have been messing around with Tiger Bloom this summer for a complete fertilizer that's heavy on the phosphorous for fruiting.

Thanks! I love the handles on the milk jugs, plus its easy to see when its time to up-pot.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone! I don't post much and I am trying to be better about it since I am on the forum daily.

Hey Becky, great job.....You are coming alone like a Pro.

Good job, Becky. Figging is so fun.

Well done, Becky! They look nice and healthy.

Looks great, Becky! Well done!
