@Sas: I have Bayernfeige Violetta, it is very slow growing for me and not very hardy as a small tree. Also, this fig has other synonims names, like Violetta and maybe Early Violetta. I have cultivar Peretta, which is more cold hardy, but it didn't fruit yet.
@PhilSH: I have already more fig tree cultivars collected from Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary but most of them are in stage of rooted cuttings. Michurinsk-10 and Ali-Pasha have fruited even in first year in pots. Also, Rdb has fruited first year in ground, very productive but not best tasting.
I am looking for real informations from other growers experiences about fig trees that could fruit same year after a totaly or partialy die-back!
