Fig Cuttings

I'm a little frustrated with my fig cuttings.  I had a beautiful, hardy 50 yr old Fig tree growing in my backyard and last winter i took about 20 cuttings after learning new figs can grow from cuttings.  The tree died from the cold weather but not to worry, I had my cuttings.  Well, only one took, and it is doing very well.  All others died.  Anyone know where I might be able to get more cuttings?   I want to attempt to grow them again.

Thanks,

How heartbreaking! :'(   Hopefully the one cutting will continue to do well for you and live for at least as long as the parent tree.
I'm new to figs myself but found someone rather local on craigslist (ok, neighboring state, but still within a day's driving distance and is the same climate and usda zone) who not only had cuttings, but is a member and sent me the link to the fig4funforum.  Best of luck....and welcome to the forum. :)

Good Luck with your cutting! Other cuttings, would not be the same as your "50 year old tree that died"

Take care of that cutting and do not over-water it.  All the best!
