Fig Fabric

If anyone is interested in the fig fabric I used to make the pillowcase, I found the leaf print at:

http://www.materialmart.com/cgi-bin/Store/store.cgi?product=Fruit_Vegetables&productid=100138198&tracking4=search%20100138198&pid=1#100138198

It's a discontinued print so will not be available much longer. The other coordinating fig print is already gone.

There is also this fig fabric:

http://www.desertrosequiltshop.com/cgi-bin/Store/store.cgi?product=rjrfarmersmarketmenu&productid=fabrjr6805-2&tracking4=search%20fabrjr6805-2&pid=1#fabrjr6805-2

I have some but it's not as nice as the one above. More of a gray-lavendar.

Sue

edit: I just found the other fabric on ebay at an awful price, $6 for a quarter of a yard ($24/yd!): http://cgi.ebay.com/Fabric-Makower-EAT-FIGS-FRUIT-purple-green-red-European-/380301436301?pt=US_Fabric&hash=item588bbb658d

Sue, What kind of texture is it? soft enough to be a pillow to sleep on?
I used to work on a sewing machine while in Highschool as a summer job. I can use my sister's merrow machine.  I want to make one for me and my kids who love figs.

Bass,
It's printed on 100% quilters cotton. It's a higher thread count fabric than one gets at a Joanns or fabric mart. I'd say it's about 160 thread count. I use about 1 yd per pillowcase.

Sue,

I still have the one you made me put away in the drawer.
I will never use it.

I will have it forever.
