Large fig tree in my neighborhood of unknown identity. Breba crop is ripening with many falling to the ground inedible. Any ideas of variety?

Santa Maria, CA. Zone 9. Obviously this is my first time posting this sort of thing. Thanks for your patience. Sadly, I got home and cut open a fig and it was completely unripe so I don't think it would be any help in identifying it. I'll post leaves and main crop fig photos this summer and we'll see if we can identify the variety then.
