Hello everyone! Long time since I posted! I had so much work moving inground plants to different spots without killing them and lost a a number of plants due to the summer heat last year. I have finally got my Egyptian fig to ripen one fig and I forgot to test if it was pollinated because the other figs did not ripen yet even older ones are sitting. The fig tasted like a typical dark fig that we get from Turkey (ill post its picture in a reply) but sweeter and softer with a thinner skin and some sugary taste. Here are some pictures in the attachments

The dark fig taste is similar to this Turkish variety in the attachments
Ehhh, see if your next fig has hollow seeds, if there is nothing in the middle of the seed and its ripe it's self pollinating, or San Pedro depending on which time you test it
