the first fig tree I ever got was from an elderly woman and she said it was a turkey fig so thats what I have thought it was all alone however this past week I went to the farmers market and they were selling figs and they had turkey figs and the figs they called turkey figs were WAY bigger than what mine produce.  Usualy the figs turn a brownish red color but we are getting so much rain here in SC they are not ripening but bursting on the tree :( so here is a green one that is as big as they ever get. any idea what kind it is? thanks for any info.

thanks for looking ill try to repost the 2nd pic.  After seeing what was called Brown Turkey figs at the farmers market they were ALOT bigger than my figs ever get.  Hopefuly this will work
