Fig Jam at Big lots

Ok for the middle of winter, this jam is not bad or is the price. I bought all 5 jars at our local Big Lots for $3.00. Again, my sweetheart thinks I'm nuts.

fespo, Big Lots is your friend!  Why a manly man would go there is past my reasoning.............

Suzi

lol.. in some other forums, FIGJAM means something entirely different. ;)

Hey, they have some good stuff at Big Lots. Not often, but sometimes. It was better when it was Pic N Save, though, esp. in the 70s.

Have you tasted it yet?  Looks good!

Yes, I tried it. It's good, I ate half a jar so far.

FIG JAM, great find

My question is.... If it's 70% fruit, what's the rest?
30% is a lot!  (the ingredients pic is too blurry to read) LOL

Fillers of stuff?

Sugar.

Product of Turkey, but that's not saying where the figs came from. Good enough to eat by the spoonful, though.

You folks like thift shopping?

No Fig Jam at our Big Lots, but found some key lime marmalade.

Trade ya, one key lime for one fig jam???????? :)

I had to call around.  Only 1 of the 5 stores had fig.  One had quince.
