Fig Joke of the Day

"Force of 1 kilogram of falling figs = 1 Fig Newton"

Part of a sheet of bad jokes one of the other engineers at work shared with me today...just to give you a taste of the kind of jokes it also had:

"Ratio of an igloo's circumference to its diameter = Eskimo Pi"

hahaha. actually, that's kinda funny.
the second one is pretty old.

As an engineer, I can authentically confirm that we are, truly, nerds.

My hubby is an engineer...he actually chuckled at the Fig Newton one. Me, I liked them both! LOL

Heh, I think Newton may be turning in his grave over that one... love it!

For you mathematicians out there:
-What does the "B." in Benoit B. Mandelbrot stand for?
-Benoit B. Mandelbrot.

Yes, in fractal, it does.

Well....fractal.....a geometric design when viewed from any distance bears the equivalent geometric design.  Me nerd, you Jane.....grunt.
