I just sent out emails to everyone who paid by 5/29 midnight. There is a photo with your name, confirmation # and postage paid. For some of you I was exactly on, for most I charged too little considering each box cost me $2. Part of the high cost is that we had nonstop cold rain for a week and even though I brought them in for several days the soil on the early ones was still wet. I used less retentive soil on my later cuttings :)

And for those of you interested, here's the packing process:The plant is selected and if the soil is too dry some water is added.A layer of newspaper goes over the soil and more newspaper is added so that tape will hold the newspaper and soil in place. A stick is cut to the length of the box and for 1 plant in a box the top taped to present a soft edge. For 2 pots the stick is placed in the other pot as well, holding them apart. For 1 plant the box is taped twice where the stick would hit the cardboard to keep it from poking through. The pot is taped to the cardboard so that 1. it can't roll and 2. if the stick breaks the tape will keep the pot from falling, even upside down.Newspaper is added to the space between the cardboard and the pot to keep the plant from moving and taped so it wont move, either. Then the box is sealed and shipped.
well done, Robert! Thanks!!
I just hope I got everyone's order right. You wanted 3 Vern's Brown Turkeys, right, Ruben?
Bob, do you still have any Alma or St.Anthony left? How much do you want for them? Thanks;Donald
Bob,I think your packing looks very professional. Can't wait to get my figs! I DIDN'T GET MY BILL yet, so I sent you a PM. Thanks!Suzi
Sorry, folks, I had a few things come up, including a flat tire and some figs knocked over from mole chasing. All the ones I sold are safe, indoors and under lights. I wont be able to pack more until the weekend. Hopefully I'll get my tire fixed in time to deliver the ones I packed last night. None from this am are packed yet.
Looks great, did you get my payment yesterday?
Hello Bob,
I received my package today, June 1st. Both figs are in excellent shape. The packaging did a great job of protecting them during transit. Thanks again, Mayson
Bob, thanks for the King cuttings.
I put the 2-old wood cuttings in a 50/50 mix of sponge rock and vermiculite and I put the green wood cutting in a bag of sphagnum/small bark. We'll see what happens

Hello Bob, Plants showed up on the east coast today. You did a good job wrapping them. Have them outside in a shady spot for couple days to get them eased back into it. Hope everthing works out great for you.luke
I'm REALLY excited! Bob sent me a photo of my tracking number. My figs should arrive today or tomorrow! The BEST part is the Surprise Fig. He ran out of one I wanted, so I told him to replace it with a surprise. I LOVE surprises!Suzi
