Fig species photos & seedling ficus palmata, etc

Having mentioned ficus palmata in another posting, I thought that I would post a photo of some of the seedlings I am growing.   On the far left is ficus carica (from an Iranian dried fig), middle is ficus palmata and on the right is ficus roxburghii (aka ficus auriculata).     These seedlings were started over two months ago if I remember correctly.

Some excellent photos of various fig species can be seen on the Top Tropicals site.   I don't think this site has been posted before.   Start on this page  http://toptropicals.com/html/toptropicals/catalog/photo_db/F.htm?NumPerPage=20&NumPerLine=4&listonly=0&first=80 you can go through all of the fig species.   Their main site is here http://toptropicals.com/index.htm

Thanks Ingevald for this great post!

I have a potted roxburghii/auriculata. I'd flip my lid if it ever got as pretty as some of those in the pictures.

I also have a potted f. sycomorus. Kind of tall and spindly but seems to be happy.

Thanks for the link, I enjoy seeing pics of the various ficus spp. That f. mysorensis or however it's spelled was interesting looking. I could definitely expand my collection.
