Fig tree leaf characteristics

I seem to have a Longue D'Aout that has a leaf pattern that does not look like other Longue D'Aouts out there but I have found that even two fig trees of the same variety can look completely different.  Time will tell what variety this is but it still produces a nice fig.

Very nice video!
I have noticed different patterns from different branches in my Egyptian fig (Probably Sultani)
It was stressed because I planted it in 100% sand... Now I added some compost the leaves are bigger than my hand! My other fig tree liked the sand and is now stressed because of the compost which I find weird.

Tom, I think your right, my madaline de duex saison the fruit this year looks and tasted nothing like last year, there are to many variables to identifying a fig tree.

Tom,

Good point and awesome video...thanks.
I experienced the same thing, especially on my negronne for example.
If it turns out to be not a L'dA i would love to send you a real one (source Baud, France) but unfortunately instead of receiving some cuttings you would probably get a visit by US customs... :-(

Huge fan of your videos Tom!
