Fig Tree on TV

Aloha, everyone.  You know you've completely gone "fig crazy" when you start to notice them on TV.  We were watching Game of Thrones (Ep.1, Sn.4) when all of a sudden, I blurted out, "Look! A fig tree!"  Lo and behold, there in the background was a fig tree. Come to find out, two of the filming locations are Malta and Morocco.   Anyone else ever do this?  Please tell me I'm not the only one...

Yes, always on the lookout for background fig trees. I've got the wife and kids looking too!

Lol

my wife is crazy about game of thrones. will have to watch out for it. i rather read book.. but i got stuck on 3rd one and never finished it.

More fig tree shots:   Where?....

"THE LONG ISLAND MEDIUM" starring, Theresa Caputo, the nouveau, Lawng Eyeland, Swami .... fig trees....growing in her father's backyard.  (Also look for shots of:  tacky clothes, claw-like nails, football-helmet hairdo, crippling shoes, wise-cracking kids, and, oh!....get a load of the accents)!  Too funny!

Yessssssssss
I think it was few seasons back on amazing race or some other program as i posted about it .

Wait no it was on the series the mentalist perhaps when they were in like a yard setting at a table
talking and it was off to the side it was recorded on our Tv and i kept backwinding it
as the wife just shook her head.

Nate -- that's too funny!  I started a thread on that last year!

Fig tree on TV -- 15 seconds of fame

Since then I also spotted one on a show called "Bunheads" (shot in California).  I also think I spotted one on a recent episode of "The Walking Dead" (shot in Georgia), but it passed by too quickly for me to be sure.
I saw a whole bunch 2 days ago while watching a "travel" show about the Greek Isles...but I think that is probably cheating and doesn't count. ;-)
Cheers,
Jim

You're not really crazy until you try to get a cutting.

Good to know I'm not the only crazy one here!  I really believe this has to be some sort of  psychological condition.  A sad, but harmless circumstance until, like Bob says, you try to get a cutting.  I've been there...  Mahalo, everyone!
