The common pollinating wasp in temperate climates is Blastophaga psenes.  According to this research paper there are several different species of wasps found in figs in Thailand, including Blastophaga.

Quote:
Overall, seven genera of pollinators were
found consisted of Blastophaga, Ceratosolen,
Dolichoris, Eupristina, Liporrhopalum, Platyscapa
and Pleistodontes. Non-pollinator fig wasps
were Acophila, Apocrypta, Apocryptophagus,
Camarothorax, Ormyrus, Otitesella, Philotrypesis,
and Sycoscapter

Thank you Kurab for sharing those pictures. No doubt those are fig wasps but from a different type of fig, for sure not F.Carica.

Harvey, had a quick look on the paper you indicated and that among a great diversity of 'Ficus' in Thailand only a few lodge pollinating insects.

If our fellow members from Thailand are interested in the subject of pollination, I would suggest they approach their University specialists in the areas of Biology, Entomology, Pomology,... to try and get good info on the subject.
I wouldn't be surprised if the F.Carica Caprifig could find a friendly environment somewhere in Thailand.
