The Figoin looks very similar to Sue's Chico strawberry.

Bass,
Can you show us a pic of your O'Rourke fig fruit AND leaf?
Reason being that one of Dr. O'R('s) Improved Celeste(s)
was re-named as such by LSU. The leaf is supposted to
be very finger-like. If so, what is your source?

Gorgi, I will take pictures tomorrow when I pick the figs. I left them on to get extra ripe. The figs are very similar to the LSU release. The source is from James Robin.

Gorgi, my O'Rourke is only six months old, but here's a picture of the leaves.  Does it look anything like yours?

Here's some figs I picked few minutes ago.
Sal's, Jordanian, Hardy Chicago. My kids ate the large Jordanian fig before I could take a picture of the inside.
Sal's was excellent tasting, Hardy chicago was sweet but Sal's was sweeter.

Matt,
Your O'Rourke leaves are more finger-like than mine (IC),
but maybe not as should be. See pic in attached doc.

What is your source?

george i got an lsu improved celeste from james robin, is that an o'rourke?

papayamon,
I do not think so. I also bought one from JR and the leaves
were (RIP) the same as the one I already had.

See doc on my previous post.

See Bass's post; his also came from JR:
