FIGS FROM 2015 SEASON

Hi it's Kausik from Adelaide, Australia. I want to update you guys with the figs from the down under. Most of my fig trees are in 2nd year and producing first time.

Peter's honey tree is only 1 year old and very productive. The fig is medium to small size but extremely sweet. Definitely need to put one in the ground.

Italian honey is mildly sweet, and will sure get better with age. First time ever produced

Vista mission main is tasty and rich in flavor. Small size but extremely heavy producer. My small 2 years tree is loaded with fig.

Will hopefully have mature fruit.

They all look very tastey. Nice pictures.

nice looking figs, congrats

Nice job...your making me jealous

Your ripe figs look great!  Our figs are just now coming out of dormancy, here in So California, and most are loaded with figs, some I have never tasted.  Looking forward to this year's fig adventure!

Is that the greek adam fig. All look grate for such young trees. Is it warm there? And do yall have a winter

Very nice Kausik!  Thanks for sharing the photos and descriptions.

They all look great, good going.

Thanks for showing us your figs. One question: I thought Peter's honey was golden inside? Yours is red.

Thanks guys.

Thanks Richie. It is summer here. We have some good hot days without shower, so perfect for growing figs.

Rafael mate I think the color is more like rich amber. Both the breba and main had a same color inside.
The tree is exceptional and hope it only gets better with age
thanks,
Kausik
