So you are just teasing us!  Ours are all dormant and you got figs!  Could you say which ones they are?

Definitely not today's photos. Weather in Turkey this time of year is cold, windy, rainy and snow, depending where one is situated. Here's the forecast for Istanbul which is on the Mediterranean....and the Black Sea, as well as the capital city Ankara

They look great!  And that was back in 2009!  They must be even better now.  :)

I keep telling myself spring and summer will be here soon enough. getting tierd of having dehydrated figs from the store.

darn.. they are nice looking figs. and all have is dried figs from california full of preservatives.. lol

I see there are baby figs grows in some of the pots. Is it common in Turkey to plant fig using the fig's seed and does the figs need pollination?

What you see are probably weeds. If there are others that I don't see could be called 'suckers' from the roots.
It is almost futile to grow fig plants from seeds though that is how they grow in the wild but productivity (& variety type) is questionable..
In simple words, there are fig types called "Common figs" that don't need pollination. Thee are other type that need pollination those figs are only grown in area where there are special fig wasps for pollination (like in Mediterranean area and [arts of California etc)
