Figs ID help please!

A couple invited us over to have a look at their fig trees and not sure what they are.  First, the green fig...

Next, the purple fig.  I neglected to get a pic of a purple fig cut open and have asked her to send one.

They also have a known Celeste and a BT.  Neither of these trees have suffered any die back in winter and only have had hay around the roots some years.  They are in the open, unprotected and very large, healthy looking trees, 6 - 8 years old.

Hi Charlie,
With the pine forest around, those trees have a good wind shield .
Cold winds are bad for fig trees.
I myself have planted some trees to cut the wind blow during the winter.
You're right, those fig trees are beautiful !
The fig tree on the left with that trunk is a bit older than 8 years I guess . Some 15 or 20 IMO .

The Pine trees are just a few, to the East and South.  Area to the North is all open with only the Arkansas River there!  I asked if they ever fertilized and they said no, just planted.  There is around one ft of top soil and then clay, such is most of my area with shale under the clay.

They said 6-8 years so it's all I have to go on.  I know the trunks are the largest I've seen on any fig trees.  They are all huge to me.  The tree on the left, she calls Brown Turkey but all the fruits have already ripened and been harvested so I had none to see.

The Hardy Chicago, they have been calling Celeste all this time.  A mix-up I guess from the neighbor who gave it to them.
