On freezing fresh figs:
I just pop them into Ziplock Freezer bags. If you want to remove them from the bag a few at a time, freeze first on a cookie sheet and then pop them into the Ziplock. They are a real good snack if you take a few out of the freezer and let them thaw just until they are soft enough to eat. Yummy!

I am now following both these pages on my Pinterest.

I have copied a ton of those recipes to word and put them in my fig recipe file.  Wow!  Could you believe the one with the frozen greek yogurt fig popcicles?  So easy!  I'm working on one of my own...  And the fig drinks... and the fig roasted with chicken..........
