looks like my drought is over :).  i've been away for 5 days working, but we have obviously had a lot of rain, and i hear gentle thunder in the background.  the plants are looking much better too :).  it's so nice to see everything so green.  i was really getting worried there for a bit.  i'm still watering every day.  i want to get good strong root systems to be ready for the winter.

Lucky you.  The ground my trees are planted in has cracks up to 1" wide, even under the mulch.  I'm traveling and just got a text from my nephew that something is causing a disruption of water to the house.  It's 96F, no chance of rain and no water.  I'm not sure what it will look like when I get back.

Hi Mike, I glad you finally got some rain. I'm in the same boat here, but it looks like we'll possibly get some this week(fingers & toes crossed).
